Today I´m sharing a special post about a project I´m thrilled to be part of; it's the #makeapromise event that is going to be held around the world in there different stores, and I'm going to be the host for the Mexican event tonight.
One year ago, LVstarted the campaign #makeapromise and the brand made a special bracelet and pendant to launch the campaign. So, this is how it works... for every $200 spent on the store, LV will make a donation to UNICEF in our behalf. We all, know there are a lot of kids around the world that are missing the most basic elements of a healthy and happy childhood, so as I always tell people around me: I'm not ending child poverty with this, for sure, but I'm starting to do it by getting involved myself.
So make sure if you can to go to your nearest store and shop and help this children in need.
Como están queridos? Hoy les quiero contar un poquito de este proyecto que estoy muy emocionada y contenta de poder formar parte. Además de que como saben siempre he sido una apasionada de la moda, hoy voy a poder combinar la moda con algo que además me da mucha alegría en el corazón.
Les cuento que aquí en el DF (y en todo el mundo), Louis Vuitton hará una celebración especial para que con cada venta que se de, se aporten $200 a Unicef para apoyar a los niños que más lo necesitan. El evento se llama #makeapromise y me va a tocar ser la "Host" del evento en la tienda de la Ciudad de México.
No se si se acuerdan, pero justo hace un año les platiqué un poco de la iniciativa, donde la marca sacó una pulsera y collar... la iniciativa tuvo tanto éxito, que decidieron hacer eventos anuales, y hoy, toca ayudar a los que podemos.
Siempre lo digo, yo sola, no hago la diferencia, pero si todos ponemos nuestro granito de arena, todos podremos hacerla...
