Happy Sunday loves!!! As you know, I spent a few days on the beautiful town of Mykonos for a very special occasion...
To celebrate our two year anniversary, hubs and I got the chance to visit for the first time a little town in Greece called Mykonos. I don't know if you saw the movie "Mamma Mia", but since I first saw that movie, I wished I could someday visit Mykonoes. Being in Europe after Fashion Month made everything easier, and it took us only a few hours to fly to Mykonos from Paris. It was an amazing blessing, and hubs and I had an amazing time. There's something about the blue doors, the white little houses, the amazing food and the lovely people... a little piece of heaven indeed. As the vacation season in Mykonos was about to end, we scored an amazing rate at the beautiful Cavo Tagoo which is about one mile from the entrance to Mykonos downtown.
As the climate was amazingly enjoyable, I went for a silk dress and some comfy sandals. Just for the record, those sandals were perfect for my heavily injured feet (yes, fashion week almost got me killed haha). Walking, sightseeing and eatin' was done in huge quantities and when that's the plan, comfy is what I need.
Bueno domingo queridos!!! Como saben hace unas semanas cumplí dos años de estar casada con mi mejor amigo y compañero, y gracias a Dios pudimos aprovechar que estábamos en Europa para la Semana de la Moda en París para visitar Mykonos. Nunca había ido, y siempre había querido ir, y Dios me concedió pasar unos días ahí.
Un lugar precioso, con comida deliciosa (ya saben que su sumamente importante), vistas preciosas, caminitos divinos y sobre todo, con gente lindísima. Nos quedamos en un hotel que está a un kilómetro de la entrada del centro de Mykonos, y se llama Cavo Tagoo y por cierto, me quedé con ganas de quedarme más días jaja-
Caminar, comer, caminar comer... ese fue nuestro plan esos días, por lo que necesitaba un outfit cómodo para andar todo el día fuera del hotel y obviamente, con una bolsa grande para poder meter ahí un suéter para cuendo enfriaba un poquito en la noche. Sandalias cómodas y perfectas para que mis ampollas de tanto caminar en fashion week sanaran, lentes y un corazón agradecido para conocer un lugar que siempre había soñado con poder visitar.
