Mañana es mi fiesta de cumpleaños y como ya se imaginarán, estuve dándole vueltas a lo que iba a usar hasta que encontré un outfit que me encantó. ¡Mañana en la tarde lo van a poder ver en mis Instagram Stories! Before this post I wrote about the importance of jeans through history and I also gave you some fashion formulas to mix them with other trends. No hay nada más cool esta temporada que las piezas con textura o brillo. Además de ser perfectas para usarse con denim, son un acierto asegurado si lo que buscas es una combinación casual pero atrevida al mismo tiempo.

There is nothing cooler this season than textured or shiny clothes. Besides being the perfect denim match, they are a good option to create a daring and fun outfit.

Una de las mezclas que más me gustan en moda son usar una prenda con aplicaciones y otra que sea lisa. ¡Amo el efecto y el movimiento que se logra al unirlas!

Después de una noche increíble celebrando Thanksgiving con mi familia, les escribo este post porque creo que diario debemos agradecer todas nuestras bendiciones, las cosas buenas que nos pasan y las lecciones que nos da la vida. Los Cabos: One&Only Palmilla

¡Feliz martes, mis amores! Hoy quiero platicarles más detalles sobre mi viaje a Los Cabos. Lo que más me sorprendió de este viaje fue lo mucho que pudimos hacer en un mismo lugar y sin salir del hotel. Nos hospedamos en el One&Only Palmilla que me fascinó porque literalmente es un refugio para descansar y olvidarte de todo.

Happy Tuesday, my loves! Today I want to tell you about my trip to Los Cabos. What surprised me the most about this trip was how much we could do in one place and without leaving the hotel. We stayed at the One & Only Palmilla which is the perfect place to rest and renew oneself.

Este hotel al principio solo tenía 15 habitaciones pero hoy tiene 172 y dos villas con una vista de ensueño al Mar de Cortés.

This hotel originally had only 15 rooms and today has 172 rooms and two villages with a dreamy view of the Sea of Cortez.

Me encantaron cada uno de los rincones de este lugar y amé que en nuestro cuarto teníamos una terraza con un sofá y una mesita en la que a veces desayunábamos antes de bajar a la playa.

I fell in love with each of the spaces of this place and I loved that in our room we had a terrace with a sofa and a small table on which we sometimes had breakfast before going down to the beach.

Casi todo el día estábamos en alguna de las dos albercas del hotel y en la playa tomando agua de coco. ¡Ya quiero regresar!

Almost all day we were in one of the two pools of the hotel and on the beach drinking coconut water. Please take me back!

¡Disfruté mucho del spa y amaba ir al gym! La vibra del lugar me llenaba de energía. La filosofía de sus instalaciones está inspirada en el rejuvenecimiento y la renovación personal. Tienen muchos tratamientos en los que utilizan productos de belleza hechos con extractos naturales y hasta un espacio especial para hacer yoga enfocado en restaurar, reconectar y rejuvenecer a través de la risa.

I really enjoyed the spa and I loved going to the gym! The vibe of the place filled me with energy. The philosophy of both places is inspired by rejuvenation and personal renewal. They have many treatments in which they use beauty products made with natural extracts and even a special space for yoga focused on restoring, reconnecting and rejuvenating through laughter.

Sobre los restaurantes, ¡comí delicioso a todas horas! El hotel tiene tres lugares para cenar espectaculares. Mi favorito es Suviche y obvio sirven sushi, mi comida favorita.

About the restaurants, I ate delicious food all the time! The hotel has three spectacular dining places. My favorite is Suviche and obviously the specialty here is sushi, my favorite type of food.

Otro restaurante que me encantó fue Seared. ¡Aquí comí uno de los mejores cortes de carnes y langosta que he probado!

Another restaurant that I loved was Seared. Here I ate one of the best meat cuts and lobster ever!

La tercera opción para cenar es Agua by Larbi quees mediterráneo con fusión mexicano.

The third option for dinner is Agua by Larbi.

¡Me fascinaría regresar muy pronto a este lugar! Espero que con este post hayan vivido de cerquita mi experiencia.

5 tips para cuidar tu piel de los cambios de clima

¡Hola, mis amores! Muchos me han preguntado cómo me cuido la piel y qué hago para evitar las consecuencias de pasar del calor al frío o viceversa. Tengo que aceptar que después de años de prueba y error, aprendí a tener mi piel feliz, sin importar la temporada. Les comparto mis tips básicos para lograr sobrevivir al frío. ¡Espero que les sirvan!

#1 Cambia tu dieta

Dicen que la belleza empieza de adentro hacia afuera, por eso en invierno y todo el año trato de tomar mucha agua e incluir en mi dieta nueces, aceite de oliva y aguacate. Aunque me cuesta muchísimo trabajo, en estos meses sí trato de controlar la cantidad de café que tomo y de cambiarlo por té de frutos rojos o de manzanilla.

#1 Change your diet

They say that beauty starts from the inside, so in winter and all year I try to drink water and eat nuts, olive oil and avocado. In these cold months, I try to control the amount of coffee I drink and change it for red fruit or chamomile tea.

#2 Cuida el clima de tu casa

Si sientes que está muy seco el aire, la mejor opción es usar un humidificador de aire frío para mantener hidratada la piel. Te recomiendo ponerlo en la tarde y apagarlo antes de dormir.

If you feel that the air in your home is very dry, the best option is to use a cold air humidifier to keep the skin hydrated. Switch it on in the afternoon and turn it off before going to sleep.

#3 Visita a los expertos

Esta es mi época favorita para hacerme tratamientos para la piel. Siempre nos preocupamos por las exfoliaciones en verano pero en otoño e invierno es igual de importante recurrir a los expertos ayudar a estimular el colágeno, eliminar la resequedad y lograr que la piel no pierda brillo. ¡Hola, mis amores! Espero que estén teniendo un gran lunes. ¡Les escribo desde Los Cabos! Nuestro país tiene muchísimas opciones que van desde las mejores playas, hasta los destinos más cool. Si tuviera que escoger, creo que prefiero ir a lugares de calor para así olvidarme un poco del frío que hace en la ciudad. ¡Compártanme cuáles son sus favoritos después de leer los míos!

Our country has the best beaches and also the coolest destinations. If I had to choose, I think I prefer to go to the beach so I can forget a bit about the cold in the city.

Este lugar está entre Manzanillo y Puerto Vallarta. Les recomiendo visitarlo aunque sea una vez para descubrir todo lo que tiene este paraíso natural. Este 2018 tuve la oportunidad de ir al Festival Arte Careyes y sin pensarlo regresaría en diciembre para pasar Navidad o Año Nuevo. #pamallierincareyes

This place is between Manzanillo and Puerto Vallarta. I recommend visiting it even once to discover all that this natural paradise has to offer. This 2018 I had the opportunity to go to the Arte Careyes Festival and without thinking I would return in December to spend Christmas or New Year.

SAN MIGUEL DE ALLENDE

Me fascina TODO aquí. Además de estar segura de quererme retirar ahí de viejita jaja, cada vez que voy trato de hacer cosas nuevas como subir a un globo aerostático o comer en lugares nuevos. Hay cosas que puedo repetir mil veces como ir a mis tiendas favoritas de ropa y por mi café de lavanda. ¡El plan perfecto siempre! #pamallierinsanmiguel

Every time I’m in San Migueñ I try to do new things like getting on a hot air balloon or eating in new places. There are things I can repeat a thousand times like going to my favorite clothes shops and my lavender coffee. The perfect plan!

EXTRA TIP: Muchas veces me han preguntado cuáles son mis trucos para hacer mi maleta y les puedo decir que siempre pienso qué bikini o traje de baño voy a usar con qué vestido y qué zapatos para no llevar de más pero tampoco necesitar cosas que no traigo. Siempre que vayan a la playa, no olviden lo importante que es usar bloqueador y protector solar hasta para el pelo.

EXTRA TIP: Everytime I pack I always think what bikini or swimsuit I'm going to wear with my dresses or shoes. Don’t forget that is very important to use sunscreen and sunscreen everytime you go to the beach.

¡Hola, mis amores! Por fin es viernes. ¿Quién se puede resistir a una galleta con café en fin de semana? Si siguen mi cuenta en Instagram @pamallierfoodie se han podido dar cuenta de que soy FAN de esta delicia y siempre que voy a mis lugares favoritos me es imposible dejar de comer mínimo una galleta jaja. Este es mi nuevo lugar favorito de galletas por su combinación de sabores diferentes y su presentación. Mis favoritas son Triple Choc-Oh-Lat que está hecha base de cocoa brut, con tres tipos de chocolate y Oh-Original que es la clásica galleta con diferentes tipos de chocolate Belga.

This is my new favorite cookie place in Mexico City for its combination of different flavors and its presentation. My favorites are Triple Choc-Oh-Lat which is made from cocoa brut, with three types of chocolate and Oh-Original which is the classic biscuit with different types of Belgian chocolate.

Me fascina este lugar porque además de que se me hace súper bonito, es rico. Hace poquito probé las galletas aquí y me encantó la de macadamia.
